    • Where is the store based?

    • What are pan stickers?

      (from http://sunyshore.com/guide.shtml) “Pan stickers are the free gift that comes with Pokémon Pan- flavoured bread. Each pack of bread contains a sticker of a Pokémon, though it is not necessarily of the same Pokémon displayed on the packet. The stickers are slightly rough in texture. PS: “Pan” is bread in Japanese! Pan Stickers is a completely fanon name – their real name is Deco Chara Seals.”

      The stickers can be used and REUSED on many surfaces. I personally use them to decorate my laptop, windows, cell phone case, 3DS, and much more! Ex:

      Many of the older stickers are brittle and may have lost adhesive quality over the years. Newer releases are made with much better quality and are quite reusable when handled properly. Please be careful when handling!

    • How do I order?

      On each listing, each sticker is marked with a number on the top right (these are only for the store listing and do not actually show up on the product). Numbers are in order from oldest to newest release (although there are a few mixups here and there, so not 100% accurate ^^;). Please select the number corresponding to which sticker you’d like when adding to cart!

    • How much is shipping?

      In stamped envelopes, shipping starts at $1.50 for all orders within the US, $3.35 for international! Tracking and/or insurance is also available for US shipments with additional postage (see Cart Checkout).
      Please note that USPS does price increases twice a year, so shipping rates are subject to increase over time just the same.

    • Can I combine my order with items from your other sales?

      Absolutely! I can apply the shipping amount you paid here as a full discount to the shipping for your order from my other sales. Note I can only do this from direct orders off my LJ.

      For the sake of timeliness with shipping out orders, I will only accept fully committed orders from my sales if you have already made your purchase here. If you need more time to work out a combined order with me, please contact me before making your order here!

    • How long will it take to receive my order?

      All items are shipped out with USPS shipping within 2 business days of receiving an order. Note that USPS is closed on US holidays so there will be additional delays during such times.

      Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 1 and 12 weeks.

      By default, items are shipped out in stamped envelopes without tracking or insurance. Tracking and insurance are available only to US domestic shipments at this time. For additional postage options for international shipping, please contact me directly to arrange your order.

      If you want an order to be shipped expedited, please reach out to me for a manual quote and be prepared to pay for additional postage. I generally recommend Priority shipping which delivers in approximately 3 days or less within the US (but not guaranteed).

    • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

      I sure do! Please note that all stickers from this store are shipped out in stamped envelopes by default, and tracking/insurance is not available to international shipments at this time. If you are an international buyer and require tracking, please contact me to see if tracking is available (only through USPS), which starts at $15 (for Canada, $18 for most other countries) and increases by weight.

    • What is this store’s return and exchange policy?

      No returns or exchanges. The value of the order and shipping up to $50 can be refunded on items shipped with Priority if items are lost or damaged during transit. For damaged items, orders must go through USPS claims process before refund can be sent. In such case, I will require sufficient evidence (pictures) to submit to USPS for the claim.

    • I have a question about ___ item!

      Please go ahead and ask! I am a personal collector of these items and love talking to fellow collectors (pkmncollectors feedback post), so I’ll answer to the best of my knowledge. I’ll do what I can to be swift with communication!

    • Any discounts available?

      There will be once I am fully set up, yes! The discount I plan to offer is something such as 10% off your total of 12 stickers or more.

    • How are the items priced?

      Items are priced according to supply, demand, and rarity. The more I have of a sticker, the cheaper I can offer it. When stock is reduced to one, you will see that the price is much higher than usual!

    • Why do some listings have {} at the start of the product title?

      The {} is just my bookmark to indicate that I have new images and stock to update the listing with when I get the time! 🙂

    • Will you stock/restock ____ item in the future?

      Sorry, there are no guarantees of future stock, nor do I really have time to answer these kinds of questions on an individual basis. Please continuously check back at my store for new stock!

      New series of Pan Stickers are still coming out in Japan, and I may or may not stock up on them in the future!

  • How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

    The checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. This site has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
